Project story

A complete redesign of a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) studio's website, focusing on improving user experience, class booking conversion rates, and mobile accessibility for busy enthusiasts.

Problem

The existing website was outdated and not mobile-responsive, causing significant drop-offs in class bookings and membership inquiries. The booking process was cumbersome and the site lacked the studio's energy.

Solution

Overhauled the information architecture and designed a vibrant, mobile-first UI/UX. Streamlined navigation to prioritize schedules and membership. Implemented an intuitive, integrated booking system, which led to a 40% increase in mobile class bookings.
